Why an Oscar VitalMax juicer...?

The Oscar VitalMax Juicer 900 boasts the latest advancements in juicing technology making it the leader in its category of Single Auger Masticating juicers.

Single Auger juicers process fruits and vegetables into juice by slowly squeezing the produce with a large screw shaped device called an auger through a cone shaped sieve called a juicing screen. This process filters out the waste fibre (the pulp) leaving the juice behind, thus allowing us to get at those essential nutrients without having to consume all the fibre.

Cold Pressed Juice

This method of juicing is also referred to as Cold Pressed juice, as the fruits and vegetables are squeezed slowly at under 100 Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) ensuring no frictional heat is created and a minimum amount of oxygen is introduced. Heat and oxygen affect not only the nutritional quality of the juice but also the appearance and shelf-life. The juice is packed full of living nutrients, contains very little froth and keeps it appearance for two days.
